Public Abstract Request System (PARS)

PARS is a secure online service that allows authorized account holders to receive driver and/or vehicle record abstracts quickly and easily using the Web. Participants have instant access to DMV abstracts delivered via Portable Document Format (PDF) images. Typical account holders include insurance companies, attorneys, towing companies, transport businesses, and other large volume requesters.

DMV Online Own Record System (DOORS)

DMV Online Own Record System (DOORS) is a secure online service where individuals can obtain a copy of their driver record for $5.50. DOORS does not require a subscription or service enrollment.

Wisconsin Electronic Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (WI ePDMP)

Electronic Health Records (EHR) Service Overview

The EHR is provided to integrate healthcare Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems with the Wisconsin PDMP. It offers a number of benefits:

  • Secure authentication to the WI ePDMP.
  • View a patient’s WI ePDMP Prescription History Report without having to re-enter query paramerters such as first name, last name and date of birth.
  • View the Patient History Report as HTML inside browser (work to be completed by each Healthcare system).
  • Maintains required WI ePDMP audit trail about the query. Audit data can only be viewed directly at the WI ePDMP website.
